The United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi is thrilled to announce that our Greenville Division’s court operations have relocated to our new courthouse at 219 Washington Avenue in downtown Greenville!  All court proceedings presently noticed to be held at our former Main Street address will be reset for our new Washington Avenue address.  The new Washington Avenue courthouse will be open

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi will reopen on Monday February 2, 2026. Aberdeen and Greenville Courthouses will be open as normal. Oxford Courthouse will remain closed to the public.

Notice, all courts will be closed Wednesday through Friday, November 26th-November 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Pre-Lapse in Appropriations Notice to Contractors
