Attorneys admitted to practice in this district should request a Certificate of Good Standing electronically within the Northern District of Mississippi CM/ECF system.  Please note, you must be registered for e-filing to request a Certificate of Good Standing.  If you are not registered, or have not yet linked your CM/ECF and PACER accounts, please refer to the procedures found here: https://www.msnd.uscourts.gov/link-your-cmecf-and-pacer-accounts.

To request a Certificate of Good Standing, you must be prepared with the attorney’s Mississippi Bar number, date of admission (if known), a credit card for payment of the fee, and an email address to send the certificate. 

From the Utilities menu in CM/ECF, select the Attorney Request link and then select Request for Certificate of Good Standing.  (*Please note:  It is important to follow all instructions and continue through the event until you see the Notice of Electronic Filing.)  The fee will be paid through pay.gov and the certificate will be emailed to you in PDF format.
