Attendance fees, mileage, and other transportation costs are paid by check and mailed to your address on file.
- Attendance Fee: A $50.00 attendance fee is paid for each day you report for duty, whether you are selected to serve on a trial or not. Federal government employees do not receive this attendance fee. 1099 forms are furnished only to those jurors who receive $600 or more for attendance in a calendar year and are mailed in January of the year following jury service.
- Transportation Costs: You will be reimbursed for your mileage per mile round trip from your home for travel expenses. The clerk will ask for your one-way mileage when you report. Mileage rates and Subsistence are based on the current governmental per diem allowance and are subject to change.
