Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from federal appellate, district and bankruptcy courts, and the PACER Case Locator via the Internet. PACER is provided by the federal Judiciary in keeping with its commitment to providing public access to court information via a centralized service.

Electronic Case Filing (ECF), also referred to as Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF), is an Internet-based document filing system available for registered attorneys to be able to file documents in cases in the Northern District of Mississippi. CM/ECF is user-friendly and offers many benefits to attorneys and the court. Using the CM/ECF system allows registered attorneys to view docket entries and filings and place entries on the docket sheet immediately.
