2026 POWER Act Resources
The Pro Bono Work to Empower and Represent Act of 2018 (the POWER Act), promotes pro bono legal services as an important tool to empower and support survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Through the POWER Act, Federal Courts across the country have an opportunity to directly engage our citizens and communities in supporting these survivors.
