• Mandatory Appearance
  • If Box A is checked on violation notice, you MUST appear in court at the date, time and place shown. If you cannot make this date, you must contact the court and prosecutor or else it can result in a warrant for your arrest.
• Optional Appearance
  • ​​​​​​​If Box B is checked on your violation notice, you can either pay the fine before your court hearing date or appear in court.
