Senior United States District Judge Neal B. Biggers has decided to release his docket of active cases. At his direction, all of his active cases have now been randomly reassigned to other Northern District judges. Judge Biggers will remain on the bench and maintain his Senior status. Going forward, Judge Biggers plans to handle the occasional special case assignment and will continue to assist the Court, on which he has served with distinction since 1984.
