Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from federal appellate, district and bankruptcy courts, and the PACER Case Locator via the Internet. PACER is provided by the federal Judiciary in keeping with its commitment to providing public access to court information via a centralized service.
Electronic Case Filing [ECF, also referred to as Case Management / Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF)] is an Internet-based document filing system available for registered attorneys or pro se filers to be able to file documents in cases in the Northern District of Mississippi. CM/ECF is user-friendly and offers many benefits to the public, attorneys, and the court. By using this system, entries are immediately placed on the docket sheet. You can view docket entries and the pleadings right from your PC without leaving your office.
